And the final 2016 winners are….

The Strictly Spoiler Competition is over for 2016 but I’ve still got a couple of winners to tell you about after the extended final week of the competition. So without further ado here are the final winners:

Congratulations to Rachel Steel on Facebook who won the final weekly voucher prize, a £20 Amazon UK voucher. Rachel also earned an entry into the monthly prize draw.

However that draw was won Tracy Buxton, also on Facebook, who has won the final prize of the series which is a Kindle Fire Tablet.

Congratulations to Rachel and Tracy and everyone else who has won a prize this series. I’ve given away £650 worth of prizes this series (slightly over my £500 budget). I’ve got more competitions planned for the 2017 series with even more chances to win than this series (assuming the BBC doesn’t do something crazy like a live results show) so there will be plenty more chances to win in 2017!

If you’ve won a prize since the last batch of prizes was sent out on 24th November 2016 you will receive your prize either just before or just after Christmas.

Congratulations again to all the 2016 winners and best of luck to the rest of you for the 2017 competitions!

Ore Oduba Wins Strictly Come Dancing 2016

It’s been one hell of a series, but after 13 weeks and more spoilers than you can possibly imagine we have a champion for 2016. And the winner is….

Ore and Joanne

You can check out Ore and Joanne’s show dance in the video below

Did the right couple win? Let me know in the comments section or over on Facebook or Twitter. This is your last chance to get involved in the discussion and win a voucher or a tablet! The competition for 2016 closes at midnight tomorrow night!

If you haven’t already, you can check out the most talked about spoiler this site has ever run….. The Christmas Special Spoiler. As featured in so many newspapers and magazines!

Please also check out my thank you post where I thank all those who have contributed towards another massive year for The Strictly Spoiler.

I’ll be announcing the final competition winners on Monday but other than that and the Christmas Special that’s pretty much it for another year for The Strictly Spoiler. Merry Christmas to you all and a happy 2017. I will see you all around August/September time for the pre series build up!

Strictly Come Dancing 2016 – Final Discussion/Polls

Here we are. After 11 elimination spoilers, the pairings spoiler, a few contestant spoilers and of course who could forget the Christmas Special Spoiler we’ve reached the day of the final.

I’m opening this discussion post a little earlier than usual because I want to give you somewhere to discuss things before the final kicks off as well as during it!

Plus I want to open the first of a few polls I’ll be running today. In this first poll we’re pretending that we are having a 4 couple final. I want you to tell me which of the eliminated participants you would want to see take the 4th place in the final? Will you go for Claudia and AJ since they made the final four anyway? Or will you bring back the man, the legend that is Ed Balls? Maybe Melvin and Janette get your vote because they were never really given a chance? Or will you go for Will and Karen whose Strictly journey was cut short? Or perhaps any of the other eliminated couples? Vote in this poll and let me know who you would bring back or let me know in the comments section or over on Facebook or Twitter

This is the final week of the Strictly Spoiler competition with all entries now closing at midnight tomorrow night (18th December 2016). I’ve extended the closing date to now cover the final weekend to give you one last chance to join the discussion and win.

More polls will open throughout the course of the final so watch out for them. I’ll be asking you who you want to win Strictly Come Dancing at various points throughout the final so keep checking back and give me your current thoughts and let people know what you think over in the comments or on the social networks!
