This site is also starting to outgrow its current hosting solution and has been experiencing outages at peak times the last few weeks. The next step up in terms of hosting is a dedicated server which I cannot afford as dedicated servers cost hundreds of pounds per month (plus there is only 2 spoiler weekends left after this one when the site will be placed under heavy traffic). If you can afford to and want to help the site out (or simply want to buy me a pint as a thanks for the spoilers) you can use the donation button below which paypal take a cut from or this link which they don’t take a cut from.

Finally please give this post some love using the links for all major social networks and Google+ above and below. Your likes and shares help to spread the word about The Strictly Spoiler and really do help me out!

  1. Not so much an American Smooth as a Scottish Lump. It’s a shame Susan didn’t go instead of Aston weeks ago, but there you are. Nice to see Alexandra in the dance-off, and not dancing first or last either. Strange that she’s always the last one introduced in the opening of the shows though, you’d think with initials AB she’d be the first of the ‘Strictly Stars’ to come down the steps. Amazed at Debbie’s Argentine, you could’ve heard a pin drop during the routine, that’s how engaging it was!

    1. How is it nice to see someone in the dance-off? Also the ‘Strictly Stars’ are announced in the order that they were revealed to the public before the season started. Alexandra was the last to be revealed.

    2. I agree Gina. The BBC obviously want Alexandra to win. I don’t like women with moustaches. Funny how it was pointed out that Debbie had been in the dance-off but not that Alexandra had also been. I also hate a comment from Vanessa Felz that it was racist to eliminate Ashton and save Mollie. Since when has dancing got anything to do with the colour of your skin?

  2. Susan has been brilliant, but I suspect she’s secretly relieved to be going. Being saved by the public vote each week when she knows better dancers are going out must be awkward. Full marks to Kevin for getting her this far and I did love their jive. Suspect that Aliash has taken a leaf out of Kevin’s book to get Gemma through the harder dances.

  3. They knew their time was up. She has done well to get so far. I absolutely love them but I’m not surprised by this.

  4. I didn’t think it would be Alexandra in the dance off even though it left me cold. She will be back next week firing on all cylinders I bet.
Noticed when the scoring was completed after the pasodoblathon that Debbie’s hard faced expression was caught on camera again. Not nice.

  5. I’m disheartened. Not just because Susan went out, but because, for the second week running, a nailed-on favourite managed to get herself into the dance-off. I see this as productions way of preventing the show being a three-horse race from show one (Aston was the other one!). I don’t think it rings true AT ALL, and the judges finding fault with Al & Deb just seemed gratuitous, and only to keep our interest. Not watching any more. It’s going to be boring, and I don’t appreciate being manipulated.
