It’s the annual movie week at Strictly tonight with all 14 remaining couples who avoided the humiliation of being eliminated first dancing to songs from the movies.
But who was a box office smash? And who flopped? You can let me know your thoughts about that or anything else to do with tonight’s show right here in the comments section (comments section only appears when clicked directly in to a post, not on the home page) or over on Facebook or Twitter. Each time you join the discussion you earn an entry into the competition to win one of THREE Amazon UK vouchers I have to give away each and every week this series, one for each entry method. Don’t forget on Twitter to tag @davejthorp and include #StrictlySpoiler for your entry to count and remember you must be liking or following me on those networks for your entry to count on those networks. More details about the competition can be found here.
As always a poll will open right here once all the couples have danced so you can tell me who your favourites were this week! You can select up to 3 options.

Spoiler could be comparatively late tonight as there’s still a lot of couples to get through but as soon as it comes in you’ll see it right here at the home of the Strictly Spoiler

Alexandra really is a lovely dancer, but she has an advantage as someone who has acted on the stage, so she knows how to sell the dance. I thought Joe did a great job tonight, but my favourite was the Rev Richard for managing to keep a straight face!
There are other actors in the competition and some who had have dance experience!
Hi Cheryl,
Congratulations your comment has been selected at random from all the comments on the website this week and you have won a £20 Amazon UK voucher. I’m sending you an email now with more details. If it doesn’t land in the next few minutes please check your spam folder
I thought Ruth and Anton did a good job of the Rumba- it’s such a hard dance!
I loved Gemma & Aljaz’s dance, so much fun. I really wanted Charlotte to do well, she’s gorgeous but her nerves are so crippling. I think she will be in the bottom two, but I don’t know who with.
This year more than others, I never seem to agree with th judges! But what do I know?
Incidentally, my uncle and aunt were world champion ballroom dancers in 1950or 51. Jack McGregor and Bemil.
Great night as always, not keen on the silly costumes takes away from the dancing in my view. Jonnie and Oti are my favourites, but I am a para athletics fan also.
I really don’t think Brendan does his partners any favours by arguing with the judges.
equally the Judges deserve no respect by marking Charlotte the same as the Vicar. There was a lot of content in the routine and the others at the bottom would struggle to do what Charlotte did tonight, including Susan, who got much higher marks. Professional Judges they are not.
Susan only scored 20 so not really “much higher marks”
I love movie week , the costumes and make up are fab , my favourite couple this week were Aston and Jeanette #movieweek
