  1. Cannot express how impressed I am with Anita. She is the only contestant on the show who has absolutely no dance background, Gleb’s choreography is daring and challenging to the point of insanity, and yet she manages to compete with the likes of Jay, Helen, Kellie, Peter and Georgia, all of whom have years of dance school, musical theatre, Sylvia Young and stage school behind them. To do what she did tonight with one week’s training was remarkable – and I speak as someone who competes at professional level. Fantastic chemistry between the two of them, such a brilliant attitude, never complains and never stops enjoying the moment. This is what Strictly – what dance – is all about!

    1. I agree. Anita is fab. She has so much steadiness and balance in her routines that you would think she was a professional. So much natural talent!

  2. I love this site, it makes me look like I know what I am talking about when I correctly predict, to my wife, who will be in the bottom two and who will go out! She still hasn’t caught on!!

  3. Georgia does have some dance experience – according to the interview she gave here – http://www.nowmagazine.co.uk/celebrity-news/a-former-ballet-dancer-contemporary-dance-student-and-sylvia-young-theatre-graduate-is-strictly-already-in-danger-of-being-a-fix-305878. In summary she says: ‘I used to dance when I was younger and used to go to dance school.’ Nonetheless, a very promising dancer and a lovely positive disposition.

    1. Jay definitely. When you think back to that very first show when he was paired with Aliona. He was clearly terrified !! And now – what an outstanding transformation. Seems a genuinely nice modest guy. Love everything he does and to use the J word – what a journey he is having !
